The article analyzes the diversity of communication types throughout human life and their dependence on various factors. Special attention is given to the peculiarities of formal speech, its social significance, and linguistic characteristics. The expression of apologies and politeness in formal speech is examined through linguistic means. The paper also explores theoretical and practical approaches to communication culture and processes.
