This article discusses the letters written by Zahiruddin Muhammad Babur to Humayun, Komron Mirza, and Khoja Kalon. The distinctive features of the letter genre in literature are illuminated. The distinctive features of the letters of Zahiruddin Muhammad Babur from the genre of noma in Eastern classical literature are shown. The genre of the novel is a separate form of poetry, and the fact that it has a number of features determines its uniqueness in this genre. However, Babur's letters differ sharply from the traditional genre of noma. The great poet's "Kulliyot" includes 7 letters from Babur, and the poet did not express these letters (names) in the traditional masnavi form, but in prose, and only in some of his letters he used poetic forms. The article also scientifically substantiates that the letters of Babur belong to the category of complex-structured genres. Based on the above, the great poet's creative mastery in the field of letter writing is highly valued.
