This article analyzes the lessons and processes involved in teaching speaking skills, one of the key productive language skills. It examines the different types of language games used in language teaching, their purpose in the educational process, and their effectiveness. Additionally, the article addresses the challenges encountered in developing speaking skills and suggests strategies to overcome them. The primary goal of teaching English is to develop students' ability to communicate effectively. Speech, expressed in oral form like other skills, is far more complex than it appears at first glance, involving much more than just pronouncing words.
