This article examines the relationship between the personality, emotional state and volitional qualities of a student with his professional, spiritual and moral development. The authors focus on the importance of motivation, needs, values and reflective culture in the educational process, as well as the role of self-regulation and practical training in professional growth. The article also highlights the critical importance of general cultural preparation, personal qualities and teaching experience for the development of pedagogical creativity and communication skills. Strategies and tactics that can help improve communication skills and thereby enhance student learning and professional development are discussed.
