Handball is characterized by dynamic actions such as running, jumping, sprinting, throwing, blocking and pushing, requiring a high level of physical fitness and coordination. The article emphasizes the importance of developing maximum muscle strength and explosive power, especially for jumping and throwing, which affects the neuromuscular system of athletes. Training techniques are discussed, including plyometric exercises to improve agility, speed, and explosiveness. These methods allow you to effectively tailor training programs to achieve better results throughout the sports season.
