In recent years, the use of digital technologies, particularly artificial intelligence-based educational platforms, has become a pressing issue in medical education. Because microbiology and virology require both theoretical knowledge and laboratory skills, traditional instruction cannot fully meet the needs of all students. This study highlights the experience of gradually implementing an artificial intelligence-based personalized learning management system (LMS) into the microbiology and virology curriculum. During the training process, the adaptive capabilities of the LMS will be compared with the traditional model, which provides content tailored to the learner’s profile and supports the learning process through cognitive analysis and real-time feedback.
