The article provides a comprehensive analysis of the conceptual and theoretical foundations of Arab national identity. National identity is presented as a significant factor that ensures social integration, political legitimacy, and cultural stability within Arab societies. The historical formation of Arab identity through pan-Arabism, the idea of the Arab nation, and Arab socialism is examined. Furthermore, Islam, globalization, the expansion of Western values, gender and social norms, migration, and the development of digital media are assessed as key drivers of the transformation of Arab national identity. The cultural, religious, political, and civilizational dimensions of Arab identity are interpreted as an interconnected and dynamic construct. The study emphasizes the importance of analyzing the impact of national identity on internal stability and security.
