This article analyzes the national legal framework and international mechanisms aimed at ensuring gender equality in Uzbekistan. The author presents a contemporary interpretation of the Constitution, the Labor Code, and laws related to the protection of women's rights. The role of state bodies, public oversight, and institutional commissions is also examined in a systematic manner. The article explores existing issues such as social stereotypes, labor market inequality, and women's participation in decision-making processes. Overall, the article reveals the coherence and effectiveness of ongoing reforms in Uzbekistan aimed at promoting gender equality.
