This scientific article provides an in-depth analysis of the inextricable link between the moral culture of a leader's personality and the philosophy of leadership. The study scientifically highlights the influence of a leader's moral qualities on the effectiveness of their managerial activities, on the psychology of the team, and on the processes of ensuring social stability. Moral culture is considered in harmony with the philosophical roots of leadership, the principles of spiritual responsibility and humanism, with particular attention paid to the role of moral values in the decision-making process of a leader. The article also analyses the spiritual and moral maturity of a leader, the level of emotional intelligence and the characteristics of personal example based on philosophical and psychological criteria within the framework of modern leadership theories (transformational, charismatic and situational approaches). The author substantiates the social necessity of developing a moral culture in leadership activities, and the influence of this process on the system of national values, spirituality, and public consciousness is explained through philosophical approaches. The results of the study prove scientifically that the moral culture of a leader manifests itself not only as an important factor in management effectiveness, but also in the formation of an atmosphere of justice, trust and stability in society.
