Today, one of the issues concerning the global community in the fight against crime is offenses committed by minors, which are distinguished by their volume, methods of commission, elements of crime, and other similar characteristics. As emphasized by the head of our state, combating and preventing crime is one of the important directions of state policy, in which studying the causes and conditions that enable juvenile delinquency plays a central role. From this perspective, it is necessary to conduct a more in-depth investigation of the legal nature and specific features of juvenile delinquency, to focus on their early detection and prevention, and in this regard, several tasks have been set.
