This article elucidates the theoretical and legal essence of social partnership in the labor sphere. Additionally, it analyzes the international institution of "tripartism" the effectiveness of social dialogue, and the significance of the participation of social partnership parties in this process. The article discusses existing inconsistencies in national legislation and gaps emerging in the regulation of social partnership mechanisms. The study aims to enhance the role and effectiveness of social partnership within the national labor system.
