This scientific article provides a comprehensive analysis of the fight against ideological threats in ensuring public security in Uzbekistan, the main factors affecting public security, existing problems and ways to eliminate them. The development of the field of combating ideological threats, in particular, the possibilities of strengthening security by increasing the legal and moral awareness and social activity of citizens, are considered.
