This article analyzes the provisions of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan concerning liability for crimes related to violations of labor legislation. The author classifies and examines the types of these legal norms and conducts a comparative legal analysis with the criminal legislation of the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) countries. In addition, the article highlights certain socially dangerous acts recognized as criminal offenses in the criminal codes of CIS countries, which are not currently criminalized under the legislation of Uzbekistan.
