This article explores the legal foundations of ensuring environmental human rights in the Republic of Uzbekistan, analyzes the current state of environmental legislation, identifies key issues, and substantiates the need for comprehensive systematization of the legal framework. Drawing from international experience, the author proposes specific directions for reforming national legislation to effectively guarantee the right to a healthy and safe environment.
