This article analyzes the causes of labor disputes, the legal framework for their resolution, and the practical mechanisms involved. It comprehensively examines the roles of both state and non-state institutions in resolving conflicts between the subjects of labor relations, especially trade unions, labor inspectorates, and judicial bodies. Preventive measures to avoid disputes, reconciliation procedures, and the importance of the mediation institute are also highlighted. The study includes an analysis of international experience and identifies challenges within Uzbekistan’s labor legislation, offering directions for further improvement. This article may serve as a valuable resource for researchers, practitioners, and students engaged in labor law studies.
