This article analyzes the application of enforcement measures and restrictions in international practice, the procedure for executing judicial documents in various countries, and their formation in accordance with national legal systems. It is demonstrated that the enforcement of court decisions on a global scale can be implemented based on state, private, and mixed systems. A comparative analysis of the compulsory enforcement systems in CIS countries, such as Uzbekistan, Russia, Kyrgyzstan, and Tajikistan, is conducted, highlighting their governing bodies and operational principles.
