This article analyzes the historical development of the cybercrime control system. It highlights the emergence of cybercrime, its transnational nature, and the necessity of combating it through international cooperation. The article also notes that with the advancement of information technologies, new forms of crimes are on the rise, including attacks targeting economic, political, ideological, and socio-psychological objectives.
