This article examines the importance of ensuring children's protection in the digital space. It reviews UNICEF studies on creating conditions that enable children to reach their full potential. The author analyzes international experiences and best practices from other countries. Additionally, the article presents statistical data from a social survey conducted among teenagers. The importance of adhering to the norms outlined in the Convention on the Rights of the Child is emphasized, advocating for these norms to be not only advisory but also mandatory.
