This article analyzes the challenges of legally regulating artificial intelligence. As artificial intelligence technologies continue to advance, the need for their legal regulation is increasing. The article examines issues in international and national legislation, as well as best practices in regulation. It discusses the problems and their potential solutions, and develops proposals for addressing these challenges.
