A comprehensive study and evaluation of the Prosecutor's Office of the Republic of Uzbekistan's activities as the primary independent supervisory body is necessary, with particular emphasis on examining appeals and forms of petitions for protecting citizens' constitutional rights and freedoms. In our opinion, one of the most critical issues is the imperfection of legislation in the field of public health protection. Solutions to these issues can be found by expanding the scope of prosecutorial oversight in the implementation of pharmaceutical activity licensing, including healthcare legislation, and improving overall supervision. Implementing existing legislative norms on licensing medicines and pharmaceutical preparations will help prevent illegal actions by entrepreneurs in the sale of medical products and eliminate legal impartiality. This approach will enable the resolution of issues related to pharmaceutical licensing and the enforcement of healthcare legislation.
