This article discusses the importance of the relationship between local councils and civil society institutions in the Republic of Uzbekistan, as well as between towns, villages and auls, which are considered to be bodies of self-government of citizens, as well as neighborhoods in cities, towns, villages and auls, and provides a detailed analysis of the political and legal aspects of these relationships, and puts forward substantiated proposals and recommendations.
