Annotatsiya

The article reveals the role and place of small states in international relations, problems, issues of definition and classification of small countries, as well as their strategies for survival and influence on the world stage. Using the example of Qatar, the author shows how small states can be significant participants in the international system, capable of adapting to challenges and threats, as well as forming new vectors of world politics.
