One of the most important factors in improving the quality of education is the material and technical infrastructure. Analyzing the achievements and shortcomings of the public education system from the 1960s to 1980s contributes to enhancing the effectiveness of modern education. This article examines the state of funds and material resources allocated for education, and discusses the deficiencies that were identified.
