This article examines the legal nature of consortium agreements, focusing on their formation, structure, and specific legal relations among the participants. It analyzes the concept of a consortium, differentiating between vertical and horizontal forms of integration, and discusses the distribution of rights and obligations. The study also offers a comparative review of international legal practices (Roman-German and Anglo-American systems) and addresses recent legislative changes in Uzbekistan.
