This article examines contemporary trends in the pedagogical process. Analysis has shown that the key feature of all changes occurring in modern pedagogical science is their historical continuity. These processes are closely interrelated and develop within the general logic of pedagogical evolution, as none of them exists in isolation. Modern trends in pedagogy often rely partially, and sometimes entirely, on time-tested principles.
