The article analyzes the relevance of using modern technologies when examining crime scenes. Various types of forensic technical equipment are described in detail, including lighting devices, optical instruments, light filters, and other tools. The author highlights the advantages and unique features of using modern devices such as drones, 3D photography, 3D printers, and metal detectors when inspecting crime scenes. The article also emphasizes that the use of these devices expands the possibilities for identifying and documenting physical evidence at the scene, thereby increasing the quality and effectiveness of investigations. Furthermore, the author proposes incorporating procedures for using new technical equipment during crime scene examinations into the Criminal Procedure Code. The analysis and suggestions presented in the article are noted to contribute to improving the effectiveness of crime scene examinations and enhancing the quality of crime detection and investigation.
