This article examines the effectiveness of a comprehensive trainingmethodology in developing the ability to assess game situations and tactical adaptation in youngfemale volleyball players. During the study, situational awareness, speed of decision-making, andaccuracy of tactical actions were evaluated. The results showed that the comprehensive trainingmethodology significantly improves the tactical preparedness of female volleyball players.
