This article examines the concept of evidence admissibility in criminal proceedings, focusing on the norms established by the Criminal Procedure Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Through detailed analysis and research, the author proposes substantiated recommendations and suggestions aimed at improving the legal framework and practice of evidence admissibility.
