The article explores the key aspects of the digitalization of Uzbekistan's court system and its impact on the professional activities of advocates. Special attention is given to the E-SUD system, which automates document management, enhances access to court services, and facilitates online hearings. The analysis addresses both the positive effects of digitalization and the challenges it presents for advocates. Measures to address these challenges are discussed, including training programs for advocates in digital tools and the improvement of the regulatory framework.
