The article analyzes the legal gaps in the Criminal Executive Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan, offers recommendations aimed at strengthening the protection of the rights and legitimate interests of convicts, examines the latest changes in the legislation on the execution of punishments, and gives opinions and comments on the reforms carried out.
