The issue of meeting the need for teaching staff for preschool, secondary specialized, vocational and general educational institutions is solved through optimal planning of the development of the general secondary education system. In particular, in the regions of our country, the material and technical base of higher educational institutions that train teachers is being improved, the scientific potential of the teaching staff is increasing, and their knowledge and competencies are expanding. Particular attention is paid to the training of teachers in regional universities in modern areas such as computer science, information technology, foreign languages, law, economics and ecology, as well as the development of spiritual and educational technologies. Thanks to this, classes using modern information technologies have been introduced in all educational institutions of the country, and the scientific worldview of students is expanding. In general, all the necessary conditions for students to obtain high-quality knowledge have been created in our country.
