Annotatsiya

This article analyzes competition law, including the study and subsequent changes in both Uzbek and international legislation. It examines the national legal framework of competition law and the functioning of antitrust legislation in various countries. Special attention is given to the concept of dominant position in modern emerging digital markets, and the dominant position of digital platform operators is also analyzed.
