The article presents the problem of substantiating the reflexive method as didactic possibility and shows the processes of carrying out the acquired knowledge based on the systematic features of didactic possibilities based on the methods presented in pedagogical practice. One of today's important researches is the need for professionals who can independently solve their professional development problems to achieve high results with the help of reflection mechanisms, and the lack of sufficiently developed reflection skills for this. This is partly due to insufficient theoretical, methodological, and practical development of the problem in professional pedagogical activity, including in the field of scientific research. At the same time, reflection and its mechanisms have always been and remain the most important means of development, including professional development. In addition, attention is paid to the analysis of existing pedagogical practices and their integration with reflective methods to create more effective educational programs. Examples of successful application of the reflective method in pedagogical practice are given and recommendations are offered for its further development and implementation in educational processes.
