This article examines the legal issues related to parallel imports in relation to trademarks, which are most often in legal circulation within the framework of means of individualization. In particular, opinions were expressed on the investment potential of Uzbekistan and the work needed to join the World Trade Organization, the types of parallel imports and their differences, and the importance of the TRIPS Agreement. The article also provides the author's scientific and theoretical conclusions on issues related to the improvement of the relevant legislative norms concerning the concept of parallel imports in relation to trademarks.
