This article explores the issues of developing students' competence in subjectsby teaching artistic works in elementary grades based on a synergistic approach. The synergeticapproach organizes the educational process as a whole, and serves to form students' creativethinking, analytical approach, and interdisciplinary understanding skills when studying works ofart.
