This article examines the development and management of Public-Private Partnership (PPP) mechanisms within the Joint-Stock Company “Uzbekistan Airports”. The purpose of the study is to evaluate the role of PPP mechanisms in airport infrastructure modernization, increasing investment attractiveness, and improving service quality, as well as to develop scientific and practical recommendations for enhancing partnership management. The research employs analytical, economic-statistical, comparative, SWOT analysis, modeling, and forecasting methods. The regulatory framework of the Republic of Uzbekistan in the field of PPP, the activities of JSC “Uzbekistan Airports”, and international experience in implementing PPP projects in the aviation sector were analyzed. The findings indicate that the effective application of PPP mechanisms contributes to attracting private investment, modernizing airport infrastructure, improving passenger services, and strengthening airport competitiveness. The study also proposes recommendations for risk-sharing mechanisms, increasing investment efficiency, and fostering long-term cooperation between public and private sectors. The research results may be used in developing airport modernization strategies and implementing future PPP projects in Uzbekistan’s aviation and transport sectors.
