Annotatsiya

The article provides a comprehensive analysis of the establishment of Arab Caliphate rule in Central Asia, the scholarly and spiritual legacy and activities of the great scholar Ahmad al-Farghani in Egyptian history, who made a significant contribution to the development of science in Transoxiana during the Caliphate period. It also examines the historical foundations for the restoration and further development of historical ties between Uzbekistan and the Arab Republic of Egypt during the years of independence. Particular attention is paid to Ahmad al-Farghani’s scientific activities in Egypt, his engineering work related to measuring the water level of the Nile River, and his contribution to the development of world astronomy. The article also explores the influence of the shared historical and cultural heritage of the two countries on the development of diplomatic relations, scientific and educational cooperation, and cultural ties during the period of independence.
