The article develops and provides a scientific rationale for a structural and functional model aimed at enhancing the social activityof female students. The model consists of four interrelated components: the goal-oriented methodological block, the content-and-gender block, the technological and activity-based block, and the result-and-evaluation block, with the gender approach formingits conceptual core. The study examines the methodological foundations of the model, three stages of pedagogical design of thegender approach, and the feedback mechanism connecting the model’s structural components.
