Annotatsiya

This study examines the institutional and digital determinants of green economic transformation in Uzbekistan, with particular attention to the interaction between fintech development and human capital. The relevance of the study is determined by the need to combine economic growth with resource efficiency, decarbonization, digital transformation, and sustainable financing mechanisms. The research analyzes the dynamics, structural changes, and interrelationships among statistical indicators characterizing the development of the green economy, digitalization, financial technologies, and human capital. The methodological framework includes statistical and comparative analysis, time-series dynamics analysis, correlation analysis, and, subject to sufficient empirical observations, econometric modelling. Institutional determinants are examined through the regulatory framework, government programmes, and economic policy mechanisms supporting green and digital transformation. Fintech development is considered as a financial channel for green transformation through digital financial infrastructure, electronic payments, and innovative financial services. Human capital is assessed in terms of skills relevant to the requirements of the digital and green economy, employment, and labour productivity. The study aims to identify the economic significance of coordinated development of the institutional environment, digital financial infrastructure, and human capital in accelerating Uzbekistan’s green economic transformation. The findings are expected to contribute to a more comprehensive understanding of the mechanisms through which institutional and digital factors interact with financial technologies and human capital in supporting sustainable economic development.
