Annotatsiya

This article analyzes the impact of internal migration processes on regional demographic development in Uzbekistan and the main risk factors associated with it. As a result of uneven population movement between regions, it is highlighted that in some regions there may be rapid population growth, increased pressure on infrastructure and the labor market, and in other regions - a decrease in the share of the working-age population, demographic aging and a decrease in economic activity. The impact of internal migration on urbanization, employment, housing, social services and interregional demographic differences is also assessed. The article develops proposals and recommendations for effective management of internal migration flows, reducingsocio-economic differences between regions and ensuring demographic stability.
