Annotatsiya

The article analyzes the adaptation process of military personnel discharged into the reserve to civilian life through the lens of socio-psychological indices and ethnopsychological factors. As a result of the study, a multi-component model of reintegration has been developed, which serves as a methodological basis for implementing a differentiated social support system aimed at the successful integration of former military personnel into society.
