Annotatsiya

In this article, the interrelated aspects of the activities of teacher-coaches — the conflict between the creative and functional approach and Professional Responsibility in pedagogical activity-are covered on the basis of a comparative-theoretical analysis of modern technologies in the formation of social responsibility in future teachers. As a result, it covers the entire process of teacher activity - from the educational process in the classroom to student assessment and the digital learning environment - with professional responsibility and the formation of important competency-based approaches in future teachers. The functional characteristics of pedagogical activity, aspects related to the teacher's effective performance of professional tasks, making pedagogical decisions, and feeling responsible for the results of the educational process are analyzed. In the process of developing Professional Responsibility, the study is based on the interaction of creativity, independent thinking and pedagogical competencies.
