This article examines a pedagogical approach to improving technical preparation in judoka aged 11–12 and reports experimental observations. Data from 60 athletes in experimental and control groups at specialized sports schools in the Fergana, Tashkent and Namangan regions were compared across 15 technical tasks. The experimental group showed shorter completion times for timed tasks and more uchi-komi repetitions per minute. The findings are presented descriptively; the reported inferential statistics require verification against participant-level data. The article addresses assessment and training design for young judoka.
