The article analyzes the tactical features of interrogation in the investigation of the crime of violating labor protection rules under the Criminal Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan. It examines the specific aspects of interrogating the victim, witnesses, officials responsible for labor protection, and the suspect (accused). The article develops recommendations for the preparatory, working and final stages of interrogation, along with proposals for improving investigative practice.
