Annotatsiya

The article examines the development of students’ independent and critical thinking through text-based activities in mother tongue lessons. Particular attention is paid to the analysis of educational and scientific texts about Al-Khwarizmi, Abu Rayhan al-Biruni, Ahmad al-Farghani, and Ibn Sina. The article explores the potential of tasks aimed at comprehending textual content, identifying key information, developing arguments, and formulating independent conclusions.
