The article presents the theoretical and practical foundations of differentiated psychoprophylactic measures aimed at reducing aggression and suicidal risk among adolescents. Indicators of external aggression, internal emotional tension, personal-regulatory vulnerability, and maladaptive coping, identified using the Buss–Durkee, H. Eysenck, R. B. Cattell, and Brief COPE methods, are systematized as targeted areas of preventive intervention. The content of an eight-week psychoprophylactic program, an intervention algorithm based on risk levels, cooperation among adolescents, parents, teachers, and school psychologists, as well as effectiveness indicators, are described. It is substantiated that psychoprophylaxis should be aimed not at suppressing individual symptoms but at reducing risk factors and strengthening protective resources.
