Most of gold mining industry enterprises attach relatively more importance to technical development of the enterprises in order to ensure the labor protection and environmental safety of the workers. Today, gold mining industry enterprises face problems in financial allocation, limiting such important factors as signing of investment projects, financial support of scientific and technical development improvement bureaus, and regular training of personnel. Gold, not only as a metal, has a constantly growing demand in the domestic and foreign markets.
