This study is aimed at scientifically substantiating the biological activity of walnut (Juglans regia L.) raw material based on its vitamin and macro- and microelement composition. The results showed that the raw material contains essential vitamins for the human body (A, C, E, and B group), as well as macroelements (K, Ca, Mg, Na) and microelements (Fe, Zn, Cu, Mn) in balanced amounts. The identified vitamins play a key role in enhancing antioxidant defense, regulating carbohydrate and lipid metabolism, and supporting the immune system. Macro- and microelements participate in activating enzymatic processes, maintaining the physiological state of bone and muscle tissues, ensuring nerve impulse transmission, and controlling the balance of redox processes. The findings scientifically confirm that walnut raw material is a promising source for the development of biologically active supplements and medicinal products.
