This article discusses the role of a musician’s nature, worldview, and way of thinking in their development and artistic growth. Not only for a musician, but for any performer, there is an essential requirement: in order for their creative work to be effective and unique, they must possess a broad outlook, rich thinking, a love and respect for history and literature. Moreover, qualities such as freedom, dedication, taste, aesthetics, and the ability to enjoy life should be clearly reflected in their character. This topic is further explored through the example of the great master Turgun Alimatov. The article highlights his life experiences and how, despite long periods of prohibition and criticism, he remained calm and did not weaken his creative spirit. On the contrary, he continued striving for higher achievements and successfully reached them. Particular attention is given to his unique performance style, creative abilities, and his demanding approach to reviving each musical piece with new life. It also emphasizes how he patiently endured restrictions and criticism, ultimately overcoming them and reaching brighter days, even performing on international stages. The article underlines that his success was largely due to his people-oriented nature, cheerfulness, broad worldview, and deep thinking. In conclusion, it is noted that the master emerged from these challenges strong and mature, continuing to flourish creatively and conquer world stages.
