Relevance. As a clinical case, an example of a penetrating wound with the presence of a foreign body of the eye was given. The developed step-by-step therapy of a patient with an orbital injury and the presence of an intraocular foreign body allows us to obtain comprehensive information about the condition of the eyeball and the structures of the orbit, plan adequate treatment tactics. The use of an integrated approach to the diagnosis and treatment of damage to the visual organ and orbital injuries is the most effective, which allows you to get complete information about the nature of damage to the structures of the eye.
